dudleybenton
You may be familiar with the commercial products, GateCycle ™, Thermoflow ™ , and EBSILON ™ . I developed and published the first thermodynamic cycle modeling program to run on a microcomputer, so I was working in this area long before any of these others. The original code still works, but has no GUI. I have been working on the GUI, but am not finished. I would like to make this program open source, but am very disappointed in all of the other open source projects. First, they're the sloppiest code I've ever seen (for example, Open Office and Office Libre are a real mess). Most open source codes seem to be only compatible with LINUX, which is a marginal O/S at best, having only 2.2% market share. An estimated 79% of the world's computers are running Windows. I will not install some silly LINUX utility on my Windows machine to compile and manage code. Are you interested and do you have any suggestions?
